I play a lot of iPhone games and am planning on posting reviews of some of the games I like. I'm curious how many MMOSBG players also play iPhone games. Poll below.

Don´t even own a mobile phone, much less an over-priced gadget from s.th which will rot soon. An apple which has already been bitten into. can´t hold for long.....
No, i´m not an apple fan. i think you´ve guessed that. if you´re willing to pay for their products, be my guest. They´re innovative after all. They just don't fit in my style of life.
But I see the chance of attracting some players to your site.
BTW: Do you plan on a gadget for the IPhone to play MMOSBG? Like a standalone prog, which bypasses downloading all the Scripts and receives only the data of the tiles. Migh be using a lot less memory in the smartphones, and thus might attract some more players..... Especially if you´re able to sell this gadget on the iphonestore.
Just an idea, don't even know if you would have time to look into thw handbooks of how to program apple stuff.

Personal devices to carry around purely for enjoyment such as Gameboys and mp3 players have done nothing but distract me(at least in the past) when I should be doing other things so I don't buy them and have tended to not get any aps for my run of the mill samsung. Free internet games I am ok with(on say my pc), but a bloody 1.99 to distract me from what I should be doing.. no I cant pay to be bothered. I can do it for free and look at your adds so you get your pennies anyway, but they are not my pennies :)

I can't even look at the links to the games, since I haven't installed itunes.
And I never will. I have an mp3-player, and I can send and pull stuff from it w/o the use of such external software.
I've been in an AppleStore, and had a look at the ipod(s) and the iphone, but the handling of those was in my opinion counterintuitive. When I tried to switch to a different piece of mp3, I selected it and I pressed play, it restarted the track which was already running (and I can tell the difference between Queens "We will rock you" and "Fat bottomed girls"). When i tried "enter" instead of play, it restarted the current track, when I tried "next track", it restarted the current track,....

So, either s.o. has messed with the settings of these ipods, which i could not be bothered to check, or they really are s.th. to get used to in handling.
Nope, all other MP3 players I tested did what I expected them to do, just not the IPods, IPodshuffles, Ipodtouchs, Ipodnanos. And the iphone had too much this and that to be easy to use as phone. I don't need more than a phone, so everything extra can be one step away, and it should be, due to the way these things are handled by me (I just stuff anything mobile unceremonously in my pocket, caused be to send quite some SMS unwillingly during my study time, although my Nokia had a key lock. After a few hours of bumping against the machine when you're knee deep in dirt, you will have hit the necessary key-combo to deactivate it.).

Apple Macintoshs are fine, they just got a little less good since the intelarchitecture, but the price and OS makes up for that. Still returned to PC, though. Just more to tweak towards optimum performance.

What's your experience with apple-products (except for stomach pain because you ate too many sour apples)?

I used an apple computer for a while (pre-intel processor) and still use it a lot. I recently bought a new computer and switched to pc/vista purely because of the price difference between apples and pcs. To get a laptop with a 17inch monitor I would have had to pay 3 times as much for the mac. Overall, I like apple's products a lot. I never had an ipod until I got the iPhone and have been pleasantly surprised at how much fun it is. The ability to browse and download games at any time for a dollar or two is nice.

Plus the price for the data transfer (if it's already outside the amount of traffic in the bundle).
